Periodic Table Review—An Opportunity or a Requirement?
Wednesday, September 27, 2023
1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
The whole world is changing at an ever-faster pace—and so is your lab! Organizational structures, tasks, processes, technologies, systems, LIMS versions, and user requirements are just a few examples of these changes.
Periodic system reviews and, as a result, system migrations can be used to break with "old habits" and take the next step into the digital lab environment.
Will this opportunity be seized, or will the motto "never change a running system" continue to apply?
IT Security in the Lab
Wednesday, September 27, 2023
3:45 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The security requirements for digitized laboratory information systems are diverse and range from the need for efficiency and usability (paperless laboratories, mobile devices, simplified data exchange, etc.) to growing requirements stemming from regulations and documentation obligations.
